innocent PPC Campaign
When Soup Media got the opportunity to work on raising awareness for innocent's Buy One Get One Tree promotion we jumped at the chance. The clever guys that crafted the website, we are happy to say, are our brothers and sisters at Soup. The great thing about us all working together is that there is a congruity and all round level of support in getting things done quickly and efficiently.
Whilst Soup Media were helping innocent with the B1G1T promotion we were also able to get stuck in with solving other issues with innocent's analytics provision along the way, and it is this sort of service led relationship that we aim to achieve with all our clients.
Soup Media took on a campaign which would test the PPC marketplace for innocent through the Buy One Get One Free promotion, we devised a media plan that encompassed the Search, Content and Site Targeted channels of Google Adwords.
Given the nature of the innocent brand we were keen to gauge response by targeting audience lifestyle choices through the Site Targeted channel, as well as utilising the broad reach of Content and the specific keyword targeting of the Search channel. By testing all these areas we could provide innocent with some sound knowledge, specific to them, to take forward into other campaigns.
Our objective for the creative was to ensure we conveyed concisely the mechanic of the promotion; a consumer would be required to buy one of the promotional smoothie cartons on the high street and then add the individual code on the carton to the innocent Virtual Forest in order to initiate the planting of a tree in India or Africa.
The campaign achieved fantastic success in terms of reach, click through and conversion to trees planted, all achieved at an exceptionally low cost per click and low cost per tree!
